Dr. Deb Doel-Hammond

Deb is an executive coach and consultant who helps organizations reimagine people strategies and optimize HR functions. She served in senior HR leadership roles in world-class organizations such as Allen Institute, Boeing, and Washington Mutual in Seattle, Washington. Most recently she served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Alliance for Sustainable Energy in Denver, Colorado.

Deb holds a doctorate from Pepperdine University in organizational leadership, a master’s from Fielding University in strategy and change, and a bachelor’s, magna cum laude, from Northwest University. She is also certified as an ACE leadership coach, Why.os coach, and EQ-i 2.0 coach.
