Let me introduce myself!
I am Dr. Deb Doel-Hammond, a human resources and organization development consultant who helps organizations reimagine people strategies and optimize HR functions. Before consulting as HRMod, I served in senior HR leadership roles in transformative organizations such as Allen Institute and Boeing in the greater Seattle area. Today, I enjoy consulting, serving in interim HR leadership roles, and building capability in the new generation of HR leaders. My home base is beautiful Placitas, New Mexico between Albuquerque and Santa Fe.
My educational background includes a doctorate from Pepperdine University in organizational leadership, an M.A. from Fielding Graduate University in organizational management with an emphasis in Strategy and change, and a B.A, magna cum laude, from Northwest University.
I am an ACE certified coach. Tools I leverage in my practice include Everything DiSC, Five Behaviors, and EQ-i 2.0, along with my experience in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM), manufacturing, the public sector, and higher education. Read my STEM leadership research HERE.
